Description
The land for the Sweet Arrow Reserve was acquired by the Park District in 2013 from the Dille Family. Sweet Arrow Reserve is currently the largest park managed by the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Park District and consists of nearly 263 acres of woodland, prairies and meadows. There are 7 different trail loops ranging from .5 to 1.5 miles in length and are marked by posts with colored plastic arrows. This park will serve as a passive recreation facility. Come explore the park with our scheduled guided nature hikes or make your own outdoor adventure today.
Rustic park with minimal amenities, no electricity or running water and only one Porta Potty on site. Perfect place to visit if you are into hiking or want to bring your dog to exercise. There are many deep trails you can get lost here and get stuck in the back loop, so be careful and pay attention if you decide to go all in. Better yet, put one of the maps on site in your pocket. If you are lucky you might see deer, hummingbirds everywhere, red-tailed hawks, many bird specie and other small animals. When wildflowers are blooming this place is beautiful and serene.
