Description
Historic tavern and casual restaurant with a Bohemian vibe which is indicative of Yellow Springs. Ye Olde Trail Tavern built in 1827. First home in Yellow Springs occupied by Frances Martin Hafner built from trees cut where the Tavern stands. Used as a Stage Coach stop on route from Columbus to Cincinnati.
Offers 2 patios (one inside and one outside) and beer specials. The building is very rustic, you eat inside a log cabin with large tables, in an enclosed patio (newer construction) or on the outside patio. Great place to have a beer and a sandwich and emerse yourself in the Yellow Springs culture.
